| Operating procedures for knitting machine equipment: 1. Before the knitting machine is started, check whether there is any abnormality in each part of the knitting machine main machine, add lubricating oil to each lubricating part as required, and carry out an empty running, and wear protective equipment; 2. After each shift stops, the dust, oil stain and broken wire ends of turntable guide rail surface, curve groove, upper and lower spindles and swing rods shall be removed in time. 4. Pay attention to observe the machine when the knitting machine is running, and regularly check whether the lubricating oil can reach the lubricating point smoothly from the pipeline. The rotating parts of the swing arm bracket must be filled with grease, and it must be filled with grease after every 120 hours of operation. 5. All machine running parts that cannot be involved in automatic lubrication system shall be added with lubricant manually. Industrial grease should be added once per shift for pitch exchange gear, retracting and releasing gear and traction worm gear and worm gear; industrial oil should be added several times per shift for the smooth rod of the winding device; oil should be added once per shift at the oil nozzle of the bearing with seat at both ends of the smooth rod and take-up driving gear shaft. 6. In case of shutdown under unknown conditions, the corresponding troubleshooting can be made according to the alarm flashing light signal in the "fault alarm" screen; if the shutdown without alarm signal often occurs at the same time as the oil pump alarm setting time, check whether the oil pump and oil circuit are normal; if the lubricating oil can not reach the lubricating point, the fault must be eliminated before restarting. 7. During the operation of the equipment, the change of change wheel is not allowed, and the normal operation of each part of the equipment shall be paid attention to. The operator shall not leave the work post without permission or hand over the operation to the person without operation certificate. In case of equipment failure, the equipment shall be stopped in time, and the repair personnel shall be asked to help solve the problem before starting the vehicle again; 8. After work, cut off the main power supply, clean the work site, remove the silk wool and dust on the flower tray, wipe all parts of the equipment, store the remaining hanging wheels in the designated area, put them in order, fill in the process flow card and various reports and records, and do a good job of shift handover.
