| The core of high-speed weaving machine operation is to prevent mechanical injury, thread breakage and yarn disorder, high temperature, and foreign object entanglement. Strict inspection before startup, monitoring during operation, cleaning after shutdown, and daily maintenance and personal protection should be carried out. 1、 Preparation before startup (safety first) Personal protection: Tight fitting work clothes must be worn, long hair must be tied into a work cap, and gloves, scarves, and jewelry are strictly prohibited; Wear non slip shoes. Equipment inspection Machine cleaning: Remove flying flowers and debris, especially in the areas of spindles, yarn guides, and weaving nozzles. Fasteners: Check the spindle seat, gear, belt, and protective cover for looseness or damage, and ensure that the safety door/interlocking device is sensitive and reliable. Lubrication: Check the lubricating oil (spindle oil, gear oil) according to the oil gauge/oil level line, and add it if it is insufficient. It is forbidden to have the oil level too high/too low. Tension and yarn guide: The yarn guide and threading wheel have no wear or burrs; The yarn tension is uniform, without knots or brittle breaks. Raw material confirmation: yarn specifications, batch numbers, and processes are consistent; No moisture, oil stains, or impurities; The tube is firmly fixed. Environmental inspection: The ground is dry, free of oil stains and accumulated water; Smooth passage; Adequate lighting and no direct sunlight; The temperature and humidity comply with the process (usually 20-30 ℃, 60% -75% humidity). 2、 Startup and Operation (Standardized Operation) Power on sequence: Start with a jog test run (1-3 times), observe for any abnormal noise, jamming, or oil leakage; Run at low speed without load for 3-5 minutes, confirm normal operation, and gradually increase the speed to the process setting value. Operation monitoring (core) It is strictly prohibited to approach the rotating spindle, weaving area, and traction roller with hands; It is strictly prohibited to cross or approach the machine; It is strictly prohibited to clean flying flowers and adjust tension/yarn guides during operation. Real time observation: broken threads, tangled yarns, skipped needles, missing yarns, and tension fluctuations; Ingot temperature (not hot to the touch, ≤ 60 ℃); There is no abnormal noise from bearings and gears; The appearance (pattern, density, diameter) of the woven product meets the standards. Wire breakage handling: Immediately stop the machine, cut off the power supply, and then thread and connect the yarn; The joint should be small and firm to avoid defects caused by entering the weaving area. Speed regulation/specification change: gear, belt and tensioner must be adjusted after shutdown; It is strictly prohibited to change speed or parts during operation. Abnormal shutdown: In case of abnormal noise, smoke, burnt smell, severe vibration, spindle jamming, safety door opening, etc., immediately press the emergency stop button, cut off the power, report to the team leader/technician, and prohibit operation with illness. 3、 Shutdown and Closing (Cleanliness and Standardization) Normal shutdown: first reduce the speed to no load, then shut down and cut off the power supply; Prohibit direct emergency stop (which may damage machine parts and cause yarn disorder). On site cleaning: Use specialized tools (strictly prohibited from direct contact with hands) to clean up flying flowers, broken yarns, and debris; Wipe off the oil stains on the surface of the machine; Clean the ground and keep it tidy. Component reset: yarn guide and tensioner reset; Store the remaining yarn properly to prevent moisture and dust; Return tools and measuring instruments to their original positions. Record handover: Fill in the equipment operation record (startup time, operating status, abnormal problems, handling results); Do a good job of handover, with clear problem handover and clear responsibilities. 4、 Daily maintenance and taboos (extending lifespan) Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly add oil according to the equipment manual (once per shift for spindles, once per week for gears, and once per month for bearings); Do not allow oil droplets to fall onto the yarn/product. Fragile parts inspection: Check the yarn guide, weaving nozzle, tension wheel, and spindle bearings daily, replace them in a timely manner for wear/deformation, and avoid breakage and fuzzing. Taboo behavior It is strictly prohibited to operate at ultra-high speeds or overload (prone to breakage, bearing burning, and product scrapping). It is strictly prohibited to turn on the machine without a protective cover or with the safety door open. Non operators are strictly prohibited from operating the machine; It is strictly prohibited to operate under the influence of alcohol, fatigue, or illness. It is strictly prohibited to place tools or materials above the machine to prevent them from falling and injuring people or damaging the machine. 5、 Common risks and emergency response Mechanical injury: the most common (involving spindles, gears, and traction rollers) → strictly follow the principle of "do not enter the danger zone by hand, stop the machine and operate again"; Once it occurs, immediately shut down the machine, cut off the power, and seek medical treatment. Broken/tangled yarn: mostly due to uneven tension, worn guide yarn, and poor yarn quality → stop the machine for inspection, replace worn parts, adjust tension, and screen qualified yarns. Overheating/abnormal noise: mostly due to poor lubrication, bearing wear, and excessive load → stop the machine for inspection, add lubricating oil, replace bearings, and reduce load. Fire hazards: flying flower accumulation, electrical short circuit, oil leakage → Regularly clean flying flowers, check electrical circuits, and prevent oil leakage; Dry powder fire extinguishers are equipped on site, and smoking is strictly prohibited. |
